Positions
For Summer of 2025, we are looking to fill the following positions:
counselors
Senior Counselor
Wage: Salaried position for summer camp season.
Immediate Supervisor: Executive Director
Qualifications: experience working with children; experience leading children in group activities; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, at least high school diploma and 18 years of age, but college student majoring in education or professional working in education preferred.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to move quickly and freely across all camp terrains and keep children in sight as needed. Candidate must be able to communicate in a manner that all campers and staff can easily understand.
Duties Include:
- Role model for all campers and Jr. Staff.
- Full participation in all activities and events
- Lead your group in an orderly, positive and professional manner at all times.
- Maintain updated attendance and permission slips of each camper.
- Plan and implement daily cabin meetings, and free time period.
- Use the camp behavior plan, and follow through with Director when needed.
- Supervise CIT’s and Junior Counselor staff
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Assist the camp director to plan for family day, parent nights, overnights, and other special events during the summer camp season.
- Keep your cabin and cabin supplies neat and orderly.
- Other duties assigned by the executive director.

Performing Arts Instructor
Wage: Salaried position for summer camp season.
Immediate Supervisor: Executive Director
Qualifications: must play an instrument which will allow you to accompany and sing with children; experience working with children; experience leading children in group activities; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, at least high school diploma and 18 years of age, but college student majoring in music or professional working in education or music field preferred.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to move quickly and freely across all camp terrains and keep children in sight as needed. Candidate must be able to communicate in a manner that all campers and staff can easily understand.
